Remember not to be concerned over the time line. Your breakthrough may not happen on your schedule. Focus on output and remove your requirements for a certain outcome. Just keep producing and you will improve. Even if it takes 5 years so what. In 5 years you'll be thankful.

What would you say to someone who believes the probability of a high effort:reward ratio is too low? i.e. they don't believe their skills/thoughts/creativity are good enough for this to work for them?
